Reveer Group was part of the Design-Build team for the construction of a 200,000 sf industrial warehouse building located on an approximate 18-acre parcel in the City of North Charleston on Palmetto Commerce Parkway. Working closely with the project team, Reveer completed the site design and permitting aspects of the project including a large stormwater detention facility, parking, a sanitary sewer system, and utility layout.

Continuing coordination with the architect and construction contractor regarding building layout, utility coordination, access locations, and site renderings allowed for the production of progress drawings at regular intervals throughout the design phase, keeping the project on track and creating cohesiveness within the project team.

 

Reveer also worked closely with the construction contractor to develop the site design and obtain permits which allowed the contractor to implement cost effective methods during the construction phase. The project sitework contractor, Gulf Stream Construction Company, worked closely with Reveer to value engineer the design to ensure that the owner was getting the greatest value.

Construction began in 2018, and Reveer will continue to work closely with the project team to fully deliver a successful project.
