What drew you to found Reveer Group?

The opportunity to use the experience that I had gained in the SC engineering market and assemble a team focused on client service and out-of-the-box thinking.

What is your favorite part of the job?

I love strategy - whether it’s trying to win the next project or figuring out how to expedite a permit, I love exploring alternatives and developing a winning solution.

How would you describe the culture around the office?

Our culture is very important to me and our team. We emphasize collaboration and open communication with a focus on personal and professional development. Diversity is important to our firm because we believe it leads to creativity and better solutions. Most importantly, we try and have fun together and bring a family focused mentality to the office daily where we support each other through the good and the tough times.

What is the best concert you've ever been to?

I love music and was actually in a band in college. I’ve seen a wide variety of shows, but my favorite band is Pearl Jam. I’ve seen nearly 15 PJ shows, but the most memorable one was the first time I saw them which was North Charleston, almost exactly 20 years ago today.

What are you doing this weekend?

This weekend I am fishing in the Cystic Fibrosis RedTrout Tournament in the fly fishing division. I love saltwater fishing and over the past 5 years or so I have really enjoyed learning how to fly fish. Earlier this year, I was fortunate enough to go on a “bucket list” fly fishing trip to Cuba where our group caught loads of bonefish, tarpon, and one lucky permit.
