Rhett Reidenbach is the visionary and founder of Reveer Group. Wanting to develop a fresh new way of delivering projects in a tired consulting engineering profession, Rhett decided to break out of the box and found Reveer Group. Reveer Group reflects the same values Rhett holds dear: respect, fresh thinking, and intersectional collaboration. Rhett’s charismatic personality has attracted an innovative team ready to tackle any project with state of the art technology to produce quality solutions.

A native of Charleston, Rhett graduated in 1996 from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. His career started with Davis & Floyd, Inc. where he helped grow the company into a leader in transportation and infrastructure planning and design. His last position as Chief Strategy Officer for Davis & Floyd reflected his outgoing personality and desire to collaborate across the industry, even if it meant working with partners outside of the business. In this position, Rhett was responsible for the external matters of the firm: building partnerships and broader business relationships, government outreach and transportation, thought leadership, as well as working with the CEO and senior leadership on business issues.

His passion for the engineering world spreads into his activities outside the workplace, too. He is active in his profession through past memberships in the Civil Engineering Club of Charleston, American Waterworks Association, American Society of Civil Engineers, and the Urban Land Institute. In 2012, he served on the board of the Southern Republican Leadership Conference which hosted the 2012 presidential debate at the North Charleston Coliseum. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and singing with his band, No Wake.

Rhett lives on Isle of Palms with his wife, Christie, and two children, Liza and Edward.
